Viewings may be arranged by appointment, depending on availability. Please contact us to schedule.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes — all watches come with a 12-month warranty from Dial Select covering mechanical performance, unless stated otherwise.
Do you accept part exchange or trade-ins?
Yes — we may consider part exchange on certain watches. Please contact us with the details of your watch for valuation.
Can I reserve a watch?
We can hold a watch for 24–48 hours upon request, depending on demand. Please get in touch if you'd like to place a watch on hold.
